Please ensure your appointment is confirmed via email or text. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellation policies

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee or forfeit of deposit, depending on the service.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full service fee being charged or retained.

For event services (balloon décor, photo booths), a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
